I serve as a Vice President and Client Experience Lead, supporting the Consumer Product group as well as the Relationship Program for the Consumer Bank. I serve as a Client Champion, identifying areas of improvement, bringing ideas and solutions to the team to elevate the client experience. I seek to understand, quantify, and document the critical client interactions that help define a client’s relationship with KeyBank. I am responsible for ensuring those interaction points are meeting our client’s expectations and working with the appropriate teams as necessary when there is a breakdown in the process or when there is an opportunity to improve the experience.

Served as a Vice President and Change Management and Execution Manager. In this role, I:- Assisted with the development and execution of change and communication strategies that included leading processes to develop, maintain, and communicate strategic plans, progress, and resulting outcomes of the Digital department across teams and the organization- Charged with establishing a common set of practices and processes to enable streamlined collection and collation of information from across Squads, Segment Managers, and Digital Leadership to drive planning and decision making- Developed change adoption and implementation effectiveness framework grounded in measurement of the impact of individual change management tactics - Identified and implemented internal and external toolsets that will aid in the cross-functional alignment, collaboration, and delivery of Digital initiatives- Supported employee engagement initiatives across Enterprise Digital; including Intern/ Analyst Program, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Employee Engagement & Activation, VOE/ VOC- I proudly served as the Wellness Champion and United Way Captain for the Enterprise Digital and Design organization

Served as a Vice President and Senior Product Manager for KeyBank's commercial online banking channel, KeyNavigatorTM, specializing in receivables products, self-service, self help resources, image repository, AI, client engagement and on-boarding capabilities. I was solely responsible for the future strategic vision of these areas and client experience, as well as product positioning, profitability, pricing, and daily support of the platform.
