Jennifer K (Jenny) Stine, Ph.D. is a consultant, coach and leadership development expert. As the President of the Academic Leadership Group she helps deans, faculty, and senior administrators design their organizations and build their capabilities to meet today's complex challenges. Stine also teaches Organizational Behavior and People-Focused Organizations at Harvard Extension School, and she conducts research in executive education.Her previous university leadership roles include serving as the Managing Director of Professional Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and as the founding Executive Director of MIT Professional Education in the School of Engineering at MIT. In both roles she was responsible for building organizations that supported significant expansions of portfolios of custom and open enrollment programs. On the corporate side, she has worked extensively with Accenture supporting university-corporate learning partnerships at the global level in both the learning and research space. Her unique experience in this space has made her a national expert on how to develop world-class university-corporate programs.Stine holds three degrees from Stanford University, including a PhD in history. In addition to her work at MIT, Harvard and Accenture she has also worked at Caltech.
