The Business Analyst for Content Operations Quality Assurance team collaborates with various teams from Collection, Quality, Content Policy, and Content Managers to continuously assess and improve collection and quality processes. Engages in Quality Assurance related activities to assist with the study and analysis of quality control targets and initiatives. Creates and maintains documentation of collection process methodologies and accuracy reports. Creates validation test and provides feedback to improve existing validations. Performs quality checks and other quality-related tasks for FactSet collected content to identify errors and to calibrate the knowledge of the teams.

The Business Analyst for VIMS team performs daily VIMS Quality checks which are the post-live checks that is triggered based on the underlying universal screens. Also classifies error types and provides feedback to Analysts to reduce future collection errors, helping to improve the VIMS parameters, accuracy and quality of FactSet’s Content sets. Overall, VIMS reviews serve as an internal check for the data items to reduce Client RPDs.

Associate Content Quality Specialist is responsible in monitoring, reporting, and evaluating the accuracy of the data produced by Equity Research analysts, as well as coaching and guiding the analysts to help their understanding of data, and recommending corrective action where required.

The primary role of a senior analyst is to produce error free data within a specified time frame. The raw material is available to the analyst in the form of financial reports & statements of the companies, press releases and news statements. Responsible for the interpretation, analysis & updating of financial related data on publicly traded companies from various sources. - Provides accurate and reliable demographic and statistical financial market data to internal database/ and to internal/external clientele.- Focus on ensuring the integrity of the company's financial market information.- Fulfills the research/analytical/ market study needs required/ requested by the external clients in order to procure and retain future and current business.- Supports clients on data queries.- Supports company’s descriptive data like Business summary and other Textual information.- The job also involves reporting & maintenance of record of work done - Identifies and implements process improvement initiatives.- Provides technical guidelines/ pointers involved in the task in relevance to the policies/work instruction manuals.- Manages Ad-hoc projects and co-ordinate with Team Leaders for closure.- Seen as the experts within the teams and assists Team Leaders when required.- Imparts technical/content training to new hires.- Conducts and evaluates process audits on a regular basis and provides feedback to new hires- Resolves Queries
