Business Analyst
CurrentThe Business Analyst for Content Operations Quality Assurance team collaborates with various teams from Collection, Quality, Content Policy, and Content Managers to continuously assess and improve collection and quality processes. Engages in Quality Assurance related activities to assist with the study and analysis of quality control targets and initiatives. Creates and maintains documentation of collection process methodologies and accuracy reports. Creates validation test and provides feedback to improve existing validations. Performs quality checks and other quality-related tasks for FactSet collected content to identify errors and to calibrate the knowledge of the teams.
