My specialties lie in program management, professional and organizational development, and curriculum services for organizational improvement, education, health professionals, military and government leadership, and fellowship programs; responsible for all aspects of training, learning and professional development - developing curriculum from the initial analysis stages through full programmatic offerings into the evaluation phase, focusing on ROI for stakeholders and learners within the organization. Development of in-person hands-on training and activities; crisp eLearning products, multimedia, and Web-based learning deliverables; conduct detailed analysis; and manage the project life cycle all for very diverse populations. I consistently and efficiently perform analysis and training needs assessments to evaluate and assess transfer and learning impact for my programs. My excellent interpersonal and written/research skills are highlighted by keen judgment, initiative, creativity, and vision.Qualifications include a MSEd Instructional Design & Technology degree; BS in Social Psychology (Summa cum-laude); two Associate’s degrees in Technology and Instruction. Experience developing curriculum, planning, and coordinating a two-year fellowship program for laboratory professionals in the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), full length training courses for the USAF Air Education and Training Command (AETC), the DON Center for Personal and Professional Development (CPPD) and creating assessments for the Hampton Roads Virtual Learning Center. Created and developed the curricular and evaluation foundation for the Center for Disease Control (CDC)'s newest fellowship program for Public Health Laboratory Professionals, the Laboratory Leadership Service Fellowship. Previously served as the Flight Chief of Force Development for the USAF at Misawa AB. Serving the joint -service population in northern Japan, including Pacific Air Force personnel, DODEA staff, Naval Air Facility personnel, U.S. Army Security Agency Detachment, and Japan Air Self Defense Force; manages facilities, equipment, personnel, and funding requirements in support of variegated professional development and mission support subset.
