• Give accurate and timely counsel to executives and management on a variety of legal topics (labor law, HR issues, compliance, contracts, etc.) • Draft, review, solidify, and manage agreements, policies, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the Company’s full legal rights. • Conduct work and make decisions with an emphasis on ethics and integrity. • Anticipate legal issues, estimate risks, weigh courses of action, and advise management accordingly. • Specify, develop, modify, and maintain internal governance policies and regularly monitor for compliance. • Communicate, negotiate, and maintain mutually trusting and respectful relationships with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authorities).
