Director of events across all eight Vox Media brands including SB Nation, The Verge, Polygon, Curbed, Eater, Racked, Vox.com and Re/code. I produce over 50 events a year, ranging from editorial tentpoles like Eater Awards to conventions like CES to high-end client entertainment, and everything in between. I specialize in customizing events and experiential activations for a range of clients including Infiniti, Goose Island, Pepcid, Tanqueray, Lexus and more with a focus on achieving campaign goals in a fully branded, immersive atmosphere.

- Produce and coordinate all aspects of events for luxury clients including Porsche, Patron, Johnnie Walker, Heineken and Bloomingdales- Collaborate with design team to create custom onsite activations and décor that effectively incorporate both UD and clients’ brands- Work directly with CEO, sponsors, sales, and editorial teams to ensure deliverables for client projects and events - Design project recap decks, company media kits and event one-sheets using InDesign, Powerpoint and Photoshop- Work with design team to create custom microsites for clients and partners including Club Monaco, Heineken and the Venetian Resort Las Vegas- Act as liaison between sponsors, production teams, and vendors to ensure project timelines and sponsorship activations achieved

- Provide support to all BMF staff for event production and execution, including VIP launch party, Music Lounges at SXSW and WMC, and Perez Hilton events- Participate in developing concepts for event atmosphere and collateral items- Conduct continuous research on event venues- Organize and design client and project recap decks- Create copy for email blasts and press releases- Update and organize company contact database- Track and program all music playlists and iPods for Kiehl's stores- Maintain all company and client calendars

- Assisted in production of major marketing programs from concept to execution- Acted first assistant to the Events Manager for production of a luxury wine tasting event for an LVMH wine brand- Fact-checked and created editorial content for Belvedere, Sony, and Don Julio microsites- Scouted and scheduled talent for the Belvedere Keys to the City program- Conducted research on event venues in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, and Las Vegas- Provided assistance to the Marketing Manager, Director of Business Development, Editorial Staff, and Editor- Prepared quotes for press releases- Contributed to brainstorming meetings and helped generate concepts for client events and microsites
