• Provide HR support to the Enterprise IT/SAP organization in all aspects of HR, including benefits, compensation, recruiting, training, communication and employee relations• Recruit, interview and hire for open positions as well as manage the process from beginning to end• Provide various training to the employee population, in some cases assist in creating or modifying materials• Responsible for the interpretation of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to company policy• Support any key company HR initiatives and provide support on project teams as needed• Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding company practices and legal compliance
