Our services include: Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) of commercial, industrial, forestland and rural properties; limited scope ESAs; and transaction screenings. Cascade Environmental is licensed to facilitate underground storage tank decommissioning and related cleanup work in Oregon and Washington. We also have extensive experience with environmental sampling and remediation of petroleum and dry cleaner sites, landfill remediation, dredge permitting, and environmental feasibility studies.
