Management of company's customer relationship management (CRM) software functions and database through best practices and coordinating with team of IT personnel. Responsible for monitoring data quality as well as analyzing and resolving CRM program issues in a timely and accurate manner. Assist and guide users on issues related to the design, development and use of CRM software to business operation.

Responsible for identifying and executing new business opportunities, developing business strategies, models, scenarios, financial projections, target plan and budget to forecast outcomes while being able to rationalize scenarios in a fast growing, rapidly involving business environment. Research, collecting, analyzing, organizing and managing qualitative and quantitative information for strategic development use.

Financial research, provides ideas, concepts and advises on various financial/accounting projects. Communicates, coordinates, handles and controls job with various local and foreign clients for business set up, accounting, tax and auditing services.

Handling calls, process and making sales for various business clients/customers in the United States.

Assist coordination and managing worldwide banks and property portfolio investments in UK, New Zealand, Singapore and Jersey Islands. Financial research, administrations and accounts reconciliation.

Coordinate with different rural and thrift banks all over Philippines for the enhancement, development and migration to computer system based on banking standard and Accounting policies. Train and teach banking employees, demonstrate and lecture computerized banking system as part of sales team.

Accounting Department:Supervised general accounting department, responsible for the motivation and accuracy of the performance of personnel and accountable for checking of various accounting reports, trial balance, balance sheet, income statement, general and subsidiary ledgers and computation of gross receipt tax, corporate tax, withholding tax, and expanded value added tax. Supervised and implementation of accounting software migration into GL Net system (SQL).Loans Department:Managed Loan Portfolio, supervised loans department, responsible for the motivation and accuracy of the performance of loans personnel and accountable for checking of various loan releases, computations, transactions and accounting reports. Supervised and implementation of loans software migration into Webloan software program.
