I manage the healthcare portfolio for the Accessibility Consulting and Compliance Group at Steven Winter Associates. Through my work in healthcare, I have helped clients achieve their programmatic goals while strategically integrating accessibility in all stages of design and construction. I facilitate collaborative charrettes with key stakeholders throughout project development, synergizing the expertise of all parties involved, to uphold the vision of building spaces that improve user experience and health outcomes. Energy, both physically and spiritually, is an interest and integral part of how I work. Working in teams and reflecting on how I can grow encourages me to stretch boundaries professionally and personally.
