Jennifer Pence has 19 years of Interior Design and Customer Service experience with the distributor Butler Tile Sales. Responsibilities included all aspects of Customer Service, including technical and non-technical support, installation and application information, domestic purchasing,receiving, order placing and monitoring inventory. In addition, I had significant involvement in payable and receivable support to suppliers and customers. I successfully collaborated with customers through the design process, including educating customers on what material is appropriate to use (ceramic tile, porcelain tile, natural stone tile or glass tile), texture and color selection, pattern layout, and provided detailed drawings to help visualize the end result of the design. As the Nuheat Infloor resident expert, I composed the format and the way Nuheat Infloor Heating is quoted and ordered, then followed through promptly to execute a timely delivery. My passion is to guide the customer through the design process and be a witness to the satisfaction and excitement of the end result.
