I recruited LPNs and RNs for our pediatric Private Duty Nursing program throughout the entire state of Missouri and in the Wichita, Kansas area. Phoenix Home Care specializes in the care of children with special health care needs.I communicated with the local offices throughout the state to determine their current needs and develop a strategy to fill their current and upcoming positions. To do so, I utilized various outlets including social media, online advertising, print advertising, phone/outbound calls, in-person interviewing, and referrals. I developed and maintained multiple databases for cross-office use.This was a new position created in the company and I was their first dedicated Nursing Recruiter. I exceeded my recruitment goals and developed this position from the ground up while employed there.
