I was hired as a Department Head for the Garden Center. In this position I was responsible for customer service, sales, inventory, shrink, driving forklift and working with vendors as well as my garden associates. After 7 months I was promoted laterally to the Front End Supervisor position. In this position I am responsible for training strong cashiers and holding them accountable. Driving sales, Pro Xtra , driving credit, cash handling, reporting to the store manager and assistant store manager are also some of my duties.

Worked with Microsoft excel to come up with an easier way to do daily deposit worksheets, wash accounts, bar and checklists. Made the menus and liquor price lists. Planned weddings, showers, and special events. Held staff meetings and attended board meetings. Responsible for inventory control. Responsible for hiring and firing and training new staff. I have experience as a waitress, cook, bartending as well as running the cash register, and working in fast paced environment to serve customers in a timely manner.
