I am honored to serve as the US Health Sector Lead for Stantec’s exceptional group of healthcare design experts. This role allows me to participate in projects throughout their lifecycle, supporting the team with client relations and ensuring successful project delivery.I believe that design excellence should permeate a project at all scales—from the macro scale of master planning and site design to the micro scale of final construction details. As a seasoned healthcare architect, I work across all project phases. My goal is to always bring value to the project, client, and team. With my BIM and LEAN knowledge, along with my active participation in conferences and industry organizations, I aim to transform the design and construction industry.I advocate for an integrated team approach. I value the opportunity to collaborate with designers, contractors, owners, and owner’s representatives, where collaboration is at the forefront and decisions are made swiftly to keep the project on schedule. In client relations, my primary focus is listening to the client’s needs and aspirations and ensuring the team delivers on those expectations.Community, mentorship, and continuous learning are vital aspects of my career. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience to help advance health design.
