As the company was experiencing a rapid growth spurt, this was an exciting opportunity to apply my international business degree and gain experience in sourcing. Working in a new division focused on mass retailers, I was responsible for driving a $16M budget while functioning as Sales Account Manager for the company's 3rd largest customer. By managing themed product development and capitalizing on new buyer opportunities, we increased revenue from $400K to $6M. We also generated an additional $700K in new business through the creation of container load programs for non-importing retailers.Performing well and with a high output, my boss said "You can't move up until you replace yourself." That is the moment I promised to teach others as I grow, so they could grow too.

Through flawless execution in merchandising, sales, service, and shop security, I earned District/Regional Co-Manager and Model Shop Awards.Although I parted ways after graduation, it was an honor to be called back to assist during peak seasons.
