As a Senior Machine Learning Scientist at CVS Health, I lead the development and deployment of machine learning solutions, including Generative AI, that drive customer satisfaction and improve healthcare outcomes. I completed my PhD student at Carnegie Mellon University, where I was advised by Leila Wehbe (Machine Learning Dept). My research focused on the intersection of machine learning, natural language processing (NLP) and healthcare. I am passionate about developing machine learning methods, mainly focused on NLP, which encompasses large language models (LLMs), as well as exploring graph-based problems and causality.
