This includes the development of contracts, monthly/annual tracking, and all agency related requirements. Manage IRB process; including IRB development, submission, ensure all guidelines/regulations are followed throughout the life of a grant. Ensure that all agency and organizational policies are followed through grant submission, as well as grant management. Development and submission of agency post award-requirements; including post-award requirements, reporting, and annual funding renewals. Prepare and present reports summarizing grant activities to Regenstrief Institute, agency officers, and collaborators.Recruit collaborators during the proposal process, maintain relationships with collaborators.
