I was instrumental in crafting procedural guidelines for their recruitment and retention departments, focusing on engaging prospective and current students, effective roster management, and proactive support for at-risk students. My contributions were substantial in propelling the program to become one of the largest in our Business Unit and the entire company. In addition to fulfilling the responsibilities of an Enrollment Advisor, which are detailed in the subsequent section, I extended my support to fellow Enrollment Advisors and their students. This encompassed addressing inquiries, concerns, and challenges related to admission procedures, academic policies, registration, textbooks, technology prerequisites, financial aid, and alternative payment solutions. Furthermore, I guided new students through onboarding best practices, ensuring compliance with academic and company policies, and offering top-tier customer service, including conflict resolution. I assumed a role of coaching and mentoring within our Enrollment Advisor team and took charge of training new hires specific to our program. Beyond this, I assumed supervisory responsibilities for daily productivity, call support, and database management in my Business Unit. Early in my tenure, I undertook the launch of two new online programs at the University of Saint Mary, where I dedicated my first two years. Subsequently, I was entrusted with a pivotal role in launching a suite of specialty programs for the University of Cincinnati's online Master of Nursing offerings. In this role, I performed learning preparedness assessments for incoming students to better tailor their educational experience and assess their individual attributes. I conducted mid-term check-ins, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and provided counseling and support when necessary, addressing risk factors when identified. My responsibilities extended to assisting students with a wide array of issues encompassing orientation, academic adaptation, study strategies, course selection, registration, and various other aspects like textbooks, technology, and financial aid. I expertly navigated university policies and guidelines, including those related to academic progress, leaves of absence, and graduation. My engagement extended to handling student questions, fostering re-entry initiatives for those on leave, and overseeing student registrations and clinical reminders. Furthermore, I actively participated in steering committees, cross-functional teams, and program updates. My commitment to building lasting relationships with students, peers, faculty, and staff led to productive and collaborative dialogues, positively impacting all stakeholders. Achieving a term-over-term retention rate of 95% or higher, I was able to proudly report an 85% on-time graduation rate for my students.

I actively contributed to our client's educationally-based assessment projects. This included attending meetings where we collaboratively defined project criteria. I took the initiative to develop and approve training materials aligned with the established scoring criteria. My responsibilities also encompassed logistical aspects, such as organizing supplies and integrating training materials into computer-based training. I demonstrated my leadership capabilities by supervising and training a substantial team of over 100 project evaluators and team leads. I assumed responsibility for the well-being and education of a group of eight toddlers. This included the development and implementation of age-appropriate lessons, which I meticulously prepared and delivered. I maintained open lines of communication with parents, providing daily evaluations that offered insights into their child's behavior and the activities and lessons completed. To ensure a conducive learning environment, I adeptly managed the behavior of my young charges and collaborated closely with both parents and peers to address any challenges or issues as they emerged.
