Some years ago I decided to go out of my comfort zone and I made alyah. With perseverance, organization and lot of work I made it successfull.Professionally I have 15 years of experience as Project Manager and Scrum master (with experience in development , QA and coach agile). In a more formal way, to give you a brief overview of my skillset, I always thrive on keeping projects running smoothly from kickoff through launch. I have been commended by my previous managers for demonstrating strong skills in:• Being proactive,• Being very organized (through projects plans and actions plans),• Working collaboratively with all the different teams’ members,• Balancing stakeholder expectations,• Organizing and leading meetings,• Escalating risks,• Solving issues.Furthermore, I have a strong academic background to ground my work. I completed a Master in computer science engineering (with additional Industrial engineering option).Thanks to this technical knowledge and some of my previous experience as developer, scrum master and QA, I can easily communicate with peers from different disciplines.
