Since 2012 I’ve been growing roots at Northern Ground, a digital agency founded by three of my ridiculously talented former coworkers. What started as a small studio with big ambitions has grown to a slightly larger studio with even bigger ambitions. At NG, I get to do what I do best, a bit of everything. I run company operations between writing content, managing accounts and projects, analytics and email marketing consulting and human resources. My role allows me to use all of my previous experience and education in the same place. I love being involved in as many aspects of the business that coFounders Ryan, Matt and Jay will let me. It makes me more well-rounded; which benefits both our clients and our company. In 2017 they made me a partner because this place is my home and these are my people. I love what we do and who we do it for.
