Consult with clients within the Banking and Credit Union space regarding their current compensation practices and future needs to analyze competitiveness within the market. Communicate with C-Suite, Senior Management, Board of Directors, and HR Professionals regarding every component of compensation, including salary, short term incentives(cash), long term incentives(equity), deferred compensation, other perks/benefits. Provide clients with detailed analysis of executive, director, and institution wide compensation relative to current market practices, including recommendations for shortfalls or improvements. Create and design incentive plans and salary structures as needed.

Managed relationships, primarily involving licensing renewals, with current clients for a tech start-up which created a product to improve driver/image management for users with a Microsoft or Symantec platform. Created reporting dashboards and marketing campaigns using SalesForce as well as provided demos on updated product features and enhancements.

Responsible for total life-cycle management of F/A-18 aircraft training systems and simulators, including provisioning, technical data management, testing, and instillation. Reviewed/Defended cost estimates for FY budgets to ensure funding for support requirements, systems events, hardware/software upgrades, and training events. Led audits at contractor sites to ensure accurate documentation and inventory. Provided direction for and participated in successful award of 7 training simulators totaling over $100M as well as audited labor/material categories on multi-million dollar purchase proposals.

Day to day responsibilities included analyzing high value/exposure trades in enforcement of various regulations( SEC 240.17a-13, Regulation T, NYSE 387, NYSE 431 and SEC Rule 15c3-3) on a national and international level, determining appropriate resolutions and/or liquidating unresolved issues, and monitoring the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) hits.Additionally, planned and participated in two process acquisitions from out-of-state locations, prepared post-acquisition reports, and coordinated department-wide effort to reformat procedure manuals to improve employee training.
