Jennifer's career spans the not-for-profit and creative sectors, starting off as a financial analyst at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and then managing the business operations and project finances for the renowned NYC-based architecture firm, Thomas Phifer & Partners. During this time, Jennifer launched Damsels in Design, a women's empowerment organization, where she served as the Founder and Programming Director producing nearly 200 in-person events over a 5 year period and growing a membership base to 2000 women creatives in NYC. She went on to work for Citibank Foundation where she managed $80 million in annual giving, serving organizations focused on financial access and entrepreneurship, and working in concert with the sustainability team enabling human rights and reporting initiatives. Jennifer most recently managed Reporting and Communications at Tiffany & Co. where she was able to utilize her communications and project management experience to lead the sustainability reporting process for the multi-national organization. She successfully reported philanthropic impacts, sustainability progress and Tiffany & Co. Foundation activities to numerous agencies, and liaised with all departments across the company. With Jennifer's strategic planning experience and entrepreneurial spirit, she is currently leading the Women's Jewelry Association and Foundation into a new era focused on high-impact programming and advocacy. Since starting with WJA, Jennifer has launched a new charitable giving fund focused on responsible sourcing and sustainability, developed four large educational programs serving jewelry professionals across the world, and expanded its diversity, equity and inclusion focus with partner organizations, expert speakers and events. She is seasoned at hiring strong teams to execute a shared vision and she has mentored young professionals through community service and her former adjunct faculty position at LIM College. Jennifer formerly served as an Environmental Commissioner on the Morristown Environmental Commission in New Jersey and was appointed as a Board Member of Community Board 7 on the Upper West Side in Manhattan. Jennifer was the recipient of New York Business Journal's Women of Influence award in 2016.
