My background is primarily managing people in both customer service and sales positions. I started in management while working at US West, and then for 20 years in the Lighting Industry. I have been very successful with helping people develop their strengths and overcome their weaknesses both professionally and on a personal level. I believe in each individuals' capacity for success and that if you find the motivation for that individual, there is no limit to what they can achieve. People want to do good things, I try to help them make this happen.
