As the EVP of Operations, Jen keeps MediaLab's production well-oiled and client relationships running smoothly. Essentially, her job is people. On the Client Services side she’s responsible for corporate relationships—visiting new clients to put tailored processes in place and overseeing the Account Management team to ensure those relationships are well maintained. On the Production Operations side, she also oversees the Production and Instructional Design teams—leading a staff of over 80 3D artists, designers and account managers. With the majority of the company’s employees under her direction, she remains necessarily involved in HR and corporate culture initiatives. She says, “At the end of the day, what makes me happy is seeing my employees happy.” Off the clock, Jen is an avid runner, cyclist, and swimmer who pushes herself and others toward continual improvement. On the clock that translates to the betterment of in people, processes and design. With a over decade of 3D projects under her belt, Jen admits that her favorite project is actually the interior design of the company's new office space. “I love this project because it doesn’t just represent a new environment but how MediaLab is getting bigger and better at what we do.” Jen is also an NCIDQ certified Interior Design Consultant and the owner of Pulse Designs, a Residential Interior Design consulting firm. Her eye for real-life interiors and her ability to apply creative solutions to design challenges, help her lead a team of creatives in the production of photo-real 3D products, environments and homes. For over 20 years, MediaLab has been the creative force behind the 3D images, animations and interactive solutions of top brands and home builders nationwide. Today, MediaLab continues to help its clients educate, empower and ultimately sell their clients with digital assets that best tell the product’s story and communicate it across the broadest array of media.
