• Coached, motivated and provided direction to a team of 30, in 5 offices across Alberta to achieve revenue goals of up to $8 million annually• Managed all Community Engagement Programs – School, Corporate, Person to Person Special Events, 3rd Party Fundraisers, Memorials/In Honor Tributes and Gaming • Created all Provincial budgets, annual business plans, managed office contracts and was accountable for all financial tracking and reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis• Consolidated and standardized program processes (from database administration to the travel policy) to maximize efficiencies and reduce expenses• Advised on all aspects of human resources – screening, interviewing, performance reviews, performance management and terminations• Expanded the Volunteer Engagement strategy to all offices with a vision of building a strong base of volunteers to support program growth

• Led the Fund Development team of 10 direct reports across Canada (Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgary) and secured revenues between $2-$4 million annually• Managed all fund development activities, including annual campaigns, major gift solicitations and legacy giving • Worked with Service Clubs (Rotary, Lions, etc) to partner on local and international projects• Coordinated the implementation of Operation Eyesight USA and Operation Eyesight Australia divisions, including applications for charitable status
