Current* Recipient of the “Own It” award for being a difference maker within the organization. * Graduate of our Professional Development 1 program. * Appointed Vice Chair of our DEI employee impact group, EmpowHER, where I create weekly posts to encourage discussion around hot topics for women in the workplace. * Research and develop location information documents to entice clinicians to take assignments in new areas throughout the country.* Edit and create comprehensive presentation decks on behalf of sales and client growth executives, for them to present to hospital associations and prospective clients. * Plan and write industry-specific blog and email content to educate and inform healthcare facilities on current trends and strategies. * Interpret data to create detailed reports for clinicians and healthcare facilities to inform their recruitment and retention strategies. * Collaborate with our brand experience designers, executives, and other key members of my organization to create streamlined processes and achieve high-quality project completion. * Work with my team to conceptualize digital marketing and content strategy plans that align with our brand voice and core values.* Contribute content and resources internally that align with Wellbeing initiatives to guide employees on their physical and mental wellness journeys.
