We consult with employers on all aspects of employee health and benefits, retirement and compensation needs for their organization and their employees.My employee benefit experience includes strategic planning, addressing self-funding complexities, guiding wellness strategy, human resource management, managed behavioral health care and addressing compliance. Relationships are the key to delivering customized solutions on complex employer groups. I negotiate favorable terms for clients and strategize creative benefit design, including for government contractors with Service Contract Act employees and public entities with union negotiations. I consult with Alaska Native Corporations, multi-employer trust plans and complicated multi-subsidiary organizations with global operations.In addition to volunteering with my professional association, the Alaska Association of Health Underwriters, I am an active member of my community. I serve on various Boards and regularly participate in local non profit fundraising efforts.
