👋 Hi, My name is Jennifer, I am a Senior studying Mechanical Engineering technology at the University of Houston and graduating in December 2023. 🏡 I was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and have a passion for design engineering, creating, and problem-solving. I was a mechanical lead on my high school robotics team and was fortunate to work with engineers from major companies like NASA and Oceaneering. This led me to pursue the path of mechanical engineering. 📈 I currently run my own business where I can implement what I have learned from my courses, to make customizable fire tables. I also have some academic projects that I have done that can be seen in my portfolio.🏐 In my free time, I will probably be watching my favorite basketball team, the Houston Rockets. I also like to play sand volleyball with friends and volunteer at places like the Houston Food Bank when I can. I am also a robotics mentor for a local high school team.✏️ I have skills in Solidworks, AutoCAD, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Ansys Fluent (CFD), Aveva Everything 3D, and CNC Programming.
