Responsible for negotiating agreements with integrated delivery systems, hospitals (Aurora, Wheaton, MCW, CHN, Ministry, Prevea), Physician groups and ancillary providers that result in high quality, cost effective and marketable providers. • Initiate, negotiate, generate and track provider Letters of Agreement, contracts and amendments from initial draft to full execution with Physician groups, hospitals, and ancillary providers. Work collaboratively with Provider Service team to ensure Provider education as per terms of agreements. • Successfully support network development throughout state, which includes researching, recruiting and negotiating with providers. •Negotiate Individual Case Agreement contracts to meet member needs in areas that lack provider coverage. Develop and track new individual case Providers. Negotiate favorable terms via contract including rates. • Evaluate provider network and implementation of strategic plans to meet Molina’s network adequacy standards outlined in the QI Work Plan. • Work collaboratively with network management to convert existing contracts into new Emptoris software. INITIATIVES:•Developer, designer and editor of Molina of Wisconsin SharePoint site. Developed plan to cover HMO needs internally, designed departmental sites and designated all appropriate content per site. Crafted SharePoint site to be used as educational and collaborative project management tool.•Appointed to EAC Board – Employee Action Committee (2011), focusing on employee mentoring, volunteering and outreach/marketing.

Responsible for promoting Osteoporosis (Boniva PO& IV) and Anti-viral (Tamiflu) therapy to Primary Care, Infectious Disease, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Ob/Gyn, Cardiology, and Oncology.AWARDS:•Winner of G-Force Boniva contest (2010); received manager awarded Instant Incentives throughout 2010. •Won Boniva Running Start Award (2009); PT Regional contest winner twice (2009).•Won President’s Club for being ranked in top 5% of sales reps nationwide (2008).•Promoted from Professional Product Representative to Medical Representative (2007).•Appointed by Region Business Manager to Sales Professional Advisory Board (2007 to 2010).•Nominated and awarded Regional 212 Degree winner for putting forth extra effort to move Boniva business in territory (2007).•Awarded prestigious SAA (Special Achievement Award) for standout performance (2006).•Top sales performer in Division, Region and Nation, winning numerous contests for sales growth: Stretch Award (2005), Bone Builder contest (2006), Challenge of Champions (2007), Accelerate Boniva Injection Contest (2007), Growth Milestone Club (2008), T1 & T2 Regional Contest (2008), Boniva Running Start Incentive Program (2008).
