Jennifer is a coach, strategist, author, and alchemist with a lifelong commitment to raising the consciousness of people around the world. Jennifer is the principal and co-owner of Plenty Consulting, where she coaches conscious leaders and conscious businesses to grow in revenue, impact, and fulfillment. She's created and led the strategic planning for some of the world’s most impressive organizations, like Jim Beam, Maker's Mark, Cruzan Rum, Blue Bunny Ice Cream, and Horton Insurance. She also designed the fundraising strategy for well known non-profits like the Wounded Warrior Project, World Wildlife Fund, Starr Commonwealth, City of Hope, Moffit Cancer Center, and Fred Hutch Cancer Center –to name a few. Her passion and expertise in conscious leadership are viscerally experienced by all who attend Lantern, Plenty's mindful leadership retreat in Park City, Utah. Now in its eighth year, Lantern attracts executive leaders worldwide who are ready to find their passion, live their purpose, and illuminate their light in business and life. Before Plenty, Jennifer was head of Consulting and Chief Innovation Officer at SunGard, a Fortune 500 technology company. There, she developed and implemented an innovation architecture deployed across 80 business units that are still used today. Jennifer is a third-generation female entrepreneur leading businesses in wellbeing, human potential, and executive coaching. She is a certified Reiki and Theta healer with decades of experience in intuitive development, shamanic medicine, alchemy, meditation, positive psychology, mindfulness, energy work, exercise and sports science, and wellness. She loves weaving these elements into the business sector by aligning teams, designing purpose-led strategies, and guiding people to see and shine their light. Jennifer's also been a lifelong athlete. She played both Division-1 lacrosse and field hockey at the University of Delaware. She is the proud founder of Wasatch Women's Lacrosse, a non-profit that brought women’s lacrosse to Utah twenty-five years ago. Jennifer has loved calling Park City, Utah, her home for nearly three decades. If she's not traveling to her cabin in Maine or the beach in Mexico, you can find her skiing or hiking the mountain trails, hanging with her husband and two children, bonding with her girlfriends, or working at HeartSpace, Plenty’s private retreat center in Park City.
