Thoughtblox is a pre-seed, venture-backed startup developing an internal knowledge base tool for teams and communities. We're motivated to understand the factors that constrain and contribute to knowledge retention and growth within large, complex organizations. Led product marketing--crafting core value proposition and driving clarity in messaging and positioning. Developed copy and materials (i.e. demos, business cases, pitch decks, onboarding resources, landing pages) to support sales and fundraising goals. Collaborated with design and development on a major product redesign and relaunch. Created an onboarding process and user guide for new customers.
