At Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC) Chilton Regional Center, I am the Campus Manager who oversees the delivery of quality education and training programs to youth and adult learners in the region. With over two years of experience in this role, I have developed and implemented innovative and effective solutions to meet the diverse needs and goals of the learners, the employers, and the community. As a certified Career Pathway Leadership Trainer and Consultant for the National Career Pathways Network, I also provide leadership and guidance to high school educators on career pathways for youth. I have a Doctorate of Education in Career and Technical Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, and I am passionate about advancing the field through research, innovation, and collaboration. My core competencies include program design and development, dual credit management, curriculum development, project management, grant writing and management, and supervision.
