In my role, I conduct comprehensive analyses of the company-wide quality control program, identifying gaps and implementing best practices. Over the past 8 years, I've successfully trained, mentored, and supervised a team of 6 managers with 25 indirect reports. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I determine root causes and corrective measures, contributing to executive management reports. I've played a pivotal role in updating and improving QA policies and protocols, evaluating training procedures, and establishing standard practices for increased knowledge among resources. Additionally, I oversee the cataloging and analysis of procedural guidelines, introducing SOP frameworks for all contracts.
