Grants Management:• Manage and write 40 - 50 proposals, concept notes, and grant reports per year, helping to bring in $6 million annually. The organization is 90% grant-funded.• Conduct regular research on prospective funders and donors utilizing various tools and databases.• Created and implemented a centralized monthly metrics tracking system. This data is now easily downloaded into Excel for further analysis and reporting.Individual Donor Fundraising:• Coordinated year-end fundraising campaign, including writing copy for direct mail, email, and social media; and liaising with direct mail vendors.• Through direct mail and digital solutions, I helped increase our year-end revenue by a minimum of 68% each year since 2016.Events/Meeting Management:• Assist in planning and logistics for major events – from helping with venue and catering selection to contracting a/v and DJ• Coordinated sponsorship outreach for annual convening, Leading the Way, helping to secure $100K - $200K in revenue.Data Management:• Manage and oversee Salesforce CRM to ensure data integrity. • Managed the onboarding of the entire organization to Salesforce, imported data from all teams employing the strictest of data quality measures, and trained 25 staff members on how to use the CRM. Our database has since grown from roughly 10,000 contacts to almost 50,000.• Administer reporting, dashboard creation, and user training.• Lead the Data Management Working Group for the organization.
