Lead email CRM efforts for North American market, designed to drive awareness, engagement and purchase among existing Nintendo consumers. Lead a product management team focused on driving advertiser engagement and retention through marketing strategy and Sales team structure optimization. Responsible for the take-to-market strategy of new and existing features via email, video, online ads, and webinars. Developed and managed consumer acquisition and cross-sell campaigns for a variety of product lines, including High Speed Internet, local phone, and mobile broadband. Project managed an extensive 20+ member cross-functional team, including product development, advertising, outbound and internal sales channels, web developers, and retail, among others. 2003-2004: Program Coordinator, Nurses Recruitment & Retention Fund• Managed a $10 million government fund designed to recruit and retain nurses in the province of Manitoba, Canada.• Administered funding for nurses relocating to the province as well as provided assistance to nurses seeking financial bursaries for educational pursuits.• Represented the government at numerous trade shows across the country to promote our province and health industry• Created marketing material (trade show collateral, magazine articles, and promotional collateral) geared towards attracting nurses to relocate to Manitoba.Various administrative roles from May 1999 - 2003 while completing post-secondary education.
