Growing up in a small town of South Carolina, I was surrounded by a family of educators. Service and education were two core-values instilled in me from a young age, which makes it no surprise that I have found myself working in a higher education setting, specifically collegiate athletics. In my current role at the University of Mississippi, I serve as the Associate Athletics Director for Student-Athlete Enhancement. I channel my passion for education to lead the cultivation and implementation of the Rebel Life Skills department. Through creative and intentional programming, I help enhance 400+ student-athletes in the four areas of personal advancement, career development, community engagement and diversity and inclusion. In addition to my background of health and counseling education, I am in progress to earning my Doctorate of Education with an emphasis in Higher Education. Through my diverse educational background and passion to serve others, it is my goal to equip student-athletes with the skills, confidence and opportunities to attain the post-graduation placement that they desire. I am always trying to expand my knowledge of student-athlete development, and happy to connect and share ideas.
