About Jennifer Okolo
I am a recent graduate of Yale University with a B.S. in Cognitive Science (Honors) and a certificate in Global Health Studies. As an aspiring medical student, I am interested in engaging in public health initiatives and research to improve population-level mental and physical health. In line with this goal, I have recently completed an internship at the City of New Haven Office of Community Mental Health Initiatives. Additionally, I have experience as the co-director of the Behavioral Health Department at the HAVEN Free Clinic, a neuroscience research assistant, an emergency medical technician, and a peer mentor for disadvantaged STEM students.
