Earned Bachelor of Science in Family & Consumer Science from Murray State University. I began working at the age of 14 cleaning rental cottages and continued in various service industry jobs through college. Upon graduation, I entered public education where I spent 13 years as an educator. I moved into the corporate world in 2009, where I learned the things I enjoyed about education were the same - every day was different, exciting, engaging and rewarding!I've led student outreach organizations, created career programs for students, worked in a warehouse where I built muscle and smarts, continued learning my way into purchasing, logistics, licensing, and importing/exporting activities.
