Jennifer Godfrey is a Civil Servant at UK Ministry of Defence. Colleagues describe her as "Jen was my supervisor on the B2C customer service team during the Covid pandemic. Despite us working in a high-pressure role, Jen was always calm and approachable. She was happy to let us use our own initiative to resolve situations, however she was always happy to give a solution or guide us where necessary. During our time working together Jen trained my on the company processes and government regulations. She was knowledgable and patient, making sure that I understood what I could and could not do in the role, to ensure we conformed to the relevant requirements. Quite often, as supervisor, Jen had to deal with escalated cases. She would always remain calm and professional, and always did her best to resolve the situation in a manner that allowed us to abide by the regulations while helping the customer."
