Living Media Group incorporates 2 companies: Living Magazine & ECL Media. During my tenor with Living Media Group, I held management positions for both companies.Living Magazine is a directly distributed publication serving Ellis County with a readership of over 62,500 in the “fastest growing area of North Texas”. I was directly responsible for business development in the following geographical areas: Waxahachie and Ennis. As the Director of Digital Advertising for ECL Media, a full-service advertising agency in Ellis County, I single-handedly developed programs in email marketing and social media consulting, a first for this company to offer. ECL Media also offers websites and printed materials.

Thornhill Auto Group consisted of Nissan, Ford, Buick, Pontiac, GMC, and Mercury. In this position I developed and launched this company's first BDC (Business Development Center) in order to contribute to business growth and evaluate marketing efforts. I provided leadership, training, and direction to BDC consultants.I initiated and directed a website redesign resulting in an increase of generated leads. I was able to define a strategy for and develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive $1-million e-commerce and viral marketing campaign encompassing integrated marketing initiatives designed to penetrate and grow targeted markets.I designed and managed a wide range of marketing tools including promotional materials, direct-mail pieces, email marketing campaigns, and website content. My job required tracking, projecting, and reporting all of these marketing programs. I maintained communication with executive management to ensure marketing activities and business development aligned with business goals. An important success was maintaining and increasing our client base by implementing strategic customer retention projects. I planned and led employee appreciation activities, wrote and distributed press releases, and acted as the spokes model for all media relations. It was also necessary for me to teach employees how to use and implement our customer relations management software. I mastered an array of computer software including but not limited to Windows, Mac, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Omniture, Excel, and ADP.
