Hi there! I am a Senior (100% Remote) Regional Technical Recruiter for Randstad Technologies. My home-base is Indianapolis, IN, but I recruit for clients with technical needs all over the midwest, including but not limited to, Indianapolis, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Minnesota, Kansas, and Iowa. My day to day looks like: ▪Sourcing and screening of potential IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire and permanent openings with our major, large, and mid-size enterprise clients▪ Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings▪ Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on company process▪ Processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond to Randstad Technologies via phone, email or web▪ Establish relationships with consultants/contractors▪ Track job orders and initiate recruitment for new roles paying close attention to high priority situations▪ Coordinate or conduct screening activities (e.g., drug screens, reference checks)▪ Refer job order leads and hiring manager names to Account Managers▪ Be familiar with industry trends, including client, market and unemployment conditions▪ Be fully educated on account processes & policies to ensure 100% contract compliance▪ Meet or exceed weekly sales goal expectations

The main focus of this position is to promote a variety of client's brand names by developing and supporting field marketing programs. I work closely with other Event Marketing Specialists, and corporate marketing and sales organizations to support sales activities (shows, events, campaigns, etc) and utilize my marketing expertise to help develop and execute marketing programs that will increase demand and drive revenue.▪ Consistently managed 3-5 retail events per day providing product & small scale inventory forecasting▪ Managed & provided hands-on and conceptual training for 8-10 individuals on a daily basis▪ Conducted face to face interviews and recruiting practices to align with growth plan▪ Provided mass communications, individual consultations and group presentations
