Working in the New Business Division supporting proposal writing and coordination as well as strategic business opportunities in various sectors (fisheries, trade, S&T cooperation etc.)

Worked on Trade, Institutional Development and Private Sector Development related projects in the Africa, Caribbean and Latin America Division. Managed projects in Sierra Leone, Djibouti, Uganda, Central African Republic / CEMAC, Tanzania.

Part of team responsible for monitoring the implementation of large national development projects funded by overseas donors (World Bank, EU, ADB, etc.) and through bilateral programmes. Worked in the Office of the Director, posted at the IOR-ARC for the preparation of the Council of Ministers' Meeting and represented the Ministry at inter-ministerial meetings (Mozambique, Mauritius, Rodrigues Island).

Designed and created the first UNDP Mauritius website, produced UN information documents, UNIDO database and edited UN-commissioned report on gender.
