Lowell High School

Conducts thorough risk assessments and manages crisis situations to alleviate tension. Serves as a case manager and the referral source for school faculty, parents, administrators and community members. Develops working relationships with school personnel. Performs individual, family and group therapy at school campuses and in the Pacifica clinic. Provides thorough psychosocial assessments and develops accurate diagnoses and treatment plans specific to client's developmental and emotional age, culture and presenting issues.

Performed individual and group therapy with students at Aptos Middle School. Worked collaboratively with clients, school staff and community agencies to access additional resources for clients and their families. Facilitated an anger management therapy group for students at Jefferson High School. Led two social skills group for elementary aged students at the San Mateo clinic. Provided individual, couple and family counseling for Medi-Cal recipients and mandated clients at the Pacifica clinic.

Performed individual therapy with K-5th grade, middle school and high school students. Co-facilitated an empowerment therapy group for at risk, low-income adolescent females. Co-facilitated an anger management therapy group for adolescent males. Provided individual and family therapy in the San Mateo clinic.
