-Adjust and control over 5 million in steel plate inventory-Review all plant production and update inventory accordingly -Monitor scrap levels and material costs-Coordinate efforts with General Manager and Plant Manager to dispose of unused inventory-Prepare and coordinate yearly physical inventory audit-Create reports and data analysis from ERP database using Access and Excel-Report directly to the company C.F.O.

-Develop and manage existing accounts. Cold calling, prospecting, traveling and attending trade shows to acquire new opportunities and grow sales-Create monthly promotional emails which were sent to over 1,000 current and prospective customers-Design flyers used for sales calls, emails, and trade shows

-Manage company computer system change over for the Chicago location-Update internal proceesses and day to day business functions in order to effectively operate using the Stratix System-Main point of contact regarding operating system, handling general system problems, trouble shooting, and order maintenance-Define job functions and create training guides in regards to the Stratix ERP for all departments including but not limited to Sales, Purchasing, Production, Inventory, Shipping, and Invoicing-Organize and lead training sessions for new and existing employees

-Grow leads into accounts, quote new opportunities, develop vendor relationships, and supervise orders from entry to shipment-Schedule trucks for pickup and deliveries
