Chief Strategy Officer
I was part of three-person executive team; my responsibilities included setting the strategic direction for the national office and our network of 100+ local affiliates. In addition to introduction of a new logo and branding materials, we introduced 2 social media campaigns " Heart of Gold" and the "UniquelyYou" campaign which brought 5,097 new Facebook followers and obtained 3.2M impressions and a total reach of 1.3M.I was responsible for the National Conference and Exhibition, and used marketing principles and strong affiliate engagement to:• Increase conference attendance by 10% in 2014 and 2015• Exceed revenue projections by 12% in 2014 • Increase exhibition booth sales by 10% in 2015I led team of 18 professionals across multiple functional areas. I held positions with progressive responsibility including direct oversight of core service implementation, National Contact Center, federal advocacy/public policy, publications, and organizational communications. I developed and managed an annual programmatic budget of $2 million (80% of the total organizational budget) and also served as staff liaison to 8 committees and advisory panels.
