Working closely with line managers and supervisors within the organization to ensure people issues and challenges are dealt with in an effective and timely manner while ensuring compliance with Company and Legislative Policy. Responsible for the day-to-day HR Operations within my business units and am accountable for the accuracy of the associated HR transactions.

Providing day-to-day operations of the human resources department, specifically in the functional areas of HR Information Systems (HRIS) & record management, departmental/organizational development, and employee relations. Provide consultation and advice on areas such as recruitment, issues relating to the maintenance of conditions of employment, salary and benefits administration, learning and development activities, HR policy administration, procedures and programs.

Provide overall Human Resources support to employees and management in a variety of areas in Human Resources. Involved in all aspects including recruitment, retention, compensation, orientation, training, performance management, performance development and improvement plans, terminations, and development of policies and procedures.
