I believe in empowering learners through careful content design enhanced by technology. This applies in every learning environment, from a small in-person seminar to an eLearning module. I began my career in higher education as a writing instructor, and moved into designing learning for corporations and nonprofits. Along the way, I managed training on enterprise-level technology projects, delivered technology-enhanced workshops, and served as full-time faculty in a Master of Organizational Leadership program. My role has always been to make content accessible to learners and to help them see that relationship between what they're learning and what they want for themselves. I help people develop their talents and reach for their goals.StrengthsFinder: Strategic, Learner, Activator, Ideation, Command
