I have a degree in Anthropology, so I’ve spent years thinking about societies of people, what norms they establish, and how they consciously and unconsciously create meaning, belonging, rituals, and rules. People fascinate me, so I love that my work affords me the hire, get to know, and support so many talented individuals. I am the Director of People at Kairos Aerospace. We fly airplanes over oil and gas fields, image methane leaks, and then work with our clients to close them. We make emissions reduction a no-brainer.My passion is climate. My charge is to hire and take care of our community of Kairosapiens. I oversee our recruiting and retention functions, and the IT department. While I direct HR, my "major" is the people piece. I've been working in technical recruiting as both an IC and leader for over 17 years.
