Led Corporate Talent Acquisition team and managed enterprise-wide relocation program. Responsible for relocation and contingent workforce programs. Oversaw transition from multiple contingent workforce vendors to a new master service provider and enterprise program. Developed recruiting strategies and goals, created incentive plans for commissioned recruiters, coached team on how to manage client expectations and build relationships.
