I have a strong background in building and scaling data-driven and technology-enabled solutions that address complex social and civic challenges. As the Director of Operations at Recidiviz, a non-profit organization that uses data to reduce incarceration and racial disparities in the criminal justice system, I lead the operational strategy and execution of our mission to create a more fair and effective justice system for all.In my current role, I serve as formal leadership for the broadest definitions of operations: finance, accounting, tax and audit functions, people operations, legal, and compliance, where we manage a financial plan with an astounding 3,900% increase in asset management over 2.5 years, ensuring that we have the resources, systems, and processes to support our growth and impact. I also work closely with our security, product, engineering, and partnerships teams to coordinate and deliver high-quality data products and services to our clients and stakeholders, including state agencies, researchers, advocates, and policymakers.
